Flow Yoga
Breath-linked movement that builds heat, strength, and focus. Our Flow classes follow a Vinyasa structure: each pose flows to the next in a continuous rhythm, with a strong emphasis on alignment. You will leave stronger, clearer, and ready for the rest of your day.
Expect a full body practice. Standing poses, balance, twists, gentle inversions when appropriate. Modifications are offered for every pose so you can practice at your level.
